This 67-page document provides a comprehensive overview of the lawfare following the Osage County hand-counted election on April 4, 2023. It covers alleged violations, the sheriff’s investigation, and the appearance of weaponization of the former Missouri Secretary of State’s office, in an attempt to press criminal charges against me. Supported by extensive evidence, including sheriff’s documents, it tells my (Linda Rantz) side of the story.
This document presents three scenarios which I believe illustrate the weaponization of the Missouri Secretary of State’s office using lawfare. The first scenario is the longest, because it is my story and the one for which I have the most evidence. I believe the second and third scenarios are also examples of lawfare.
Using information obtained through open records requests, and putting together the pieces of a detailed timeline, I now understand how many months, how many people, and how much effort has been put into punishing and/or silencing me and others.
There is no one too insignificant or unknown who will not be silenced, cancelled, or persecuted, if you are deemed a threat or even a nuisance.
