St Charles County Election Director Attends Hand Count Demo and It’s a Win for the Hand Count Movement

Kurt Bahr, the Director of Elections for St Charles County, Missouri, attended the hand count demo hosted by MO Secretary of State, Denny Hoskins, in the state capitol on April 2, 2025. The next day, Bahr sent an email to the County Council with his assessment. While his intent was to advised the council against entertaining the idea of hand counting in St Charles, the information he provided along with what he did NOT say, was an EXTRAORDINARY ENDORSEMENT of hand counting.
